EmployeeWell it depends. You're currently passing SSL all the way through, so your servers are listening on SSL. If you want to keep it that way then you also need to apply a server SSL profile to the VIP. I would only add that the appliances have a pretty powerful SSL offloading capacity, so if you don't absolutely need SSL at the backend server, you're likely to see a performance improvement if you don't re-encrypt to the backend server.
