ASM VE Throughput Limitations

According to this document at https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/14000/800/sol14810.html The below table shows vCPU restrictions according to different licensing.

My question is: Best bundle 25Mbps shows values for AFM and Best Bundle but the rest of modules shows N.A 1. What does N.A means? Document stated "Rate licenses not available for standalone modules or bundle licenses are represented below with not applicable (N.A.)."

  1. I was also told I can purchase a minimum of 200Mbps ASM VE license while my Best Bundle 25Mbps which includes ASM will run at 25Mbps? Meaning my ASM will run at 25Mbps limitation?

Got confused by these throughput limitations especially bundle versus standalone VE licenses.
