ASM was blocking an ip address because it was listed on Brightcloud's database. It has since been removed however it still remains in the database on the F5 & obviously ASM is still blocking. Doe...

In addition, I believe it takes some time for changes made in brightcloud to be propagated. Manually whitelist the IP as Piotrek suggested and poll the new IP intelligence db record later.
