ASM URL Learning

Hello Experts

 

I put the ASM in learning (automatic) and once learning period is over, now its in blocking mode. I have problem with some URL. Like 1- /AB_Portal/contents/ad_document/098776777/media (every time 098776777 is changing) and getting blocked 2- /AB_Portal/objects/xtd_submission_form/8438438 (every time 8438438 is changing) and getting blocked

 

I am not sure why Automatic policy builder did not create some proper URL for this. What can I do for this? Should I create the manual URL putting * for changing value?

    The policy builder only builds a policy on what it sees so if the URL is changing then it won't know about the changes. It also removes the wildcard URL too.

     

    To get around this only choice is a to create your own manual wildcard URL.
