ASM TS cookie, is it always sent

Let's say in a situation that I had a very simple web-site. One with no wiki's, dynamic parameters, session IDs and I did not want to do any session tracking.

 

Would the ASM still send the ASM cookie with the first http/https response?

 

I know that the possibility of such site's existence is near zero. However, just curious.
