ASM Policy (Transparent mode) adding 30 sec to page load
would could be causing ASM to add a 30 sec load delay on an a page load? The policy is in in transparent mode and we are in tightening/staging mode for file types, URLs, parameters only. There is nothing special about the policy or the VS configuration.
If I remove the Virtual Server from the HTTP Class profile for the policy (effectively removing the policy from the traffic), the web site responds immediately. As soon as i re-enable the policy we get a 30 sec delay. I cannot believe that minimal transparent inspection should add a 30 sec delay.
PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advanced. John

A policy should never introduce this kind of latency. Could it be due to over utilization of the appliance?
What is your ASM policy doing? And can you post your virtual server and HTTP class configurations? Sanitized if needed of course.

Try removing your logging, analytics, and compression profiles one by one to see if any one in particular is causing the problem.
