ASM log stored in f5 local DB

Hi everyone,

 

I have question about ASM log. How did the ASM log rotate in F5 local DB ? (by time, size or records? )

 

How do we know the value of the parameter ?

    Depends on the version (pre 11.6 or post 11.6) and the logs you are looking to rotating.

     

    For example the Request Log is controlled by size and/or by row limit.

     

    Size is controlled by /etc/ts/tools/asmlogd.cfg - There are different limits dependent on the device being physical or virtual

     

    Row limit is controlled by /etc/ts/tools/asmlogd_clean_db.yaml
