asm liveupdate not working

Hello,

We have a problem with liveupdate not automatically bringing updates.

When we click on check for updates its stuck on Checking for updates.

Please is there any solution for this issue?

    Hope Live update ports are open properly. if it stuck just go back to other screen and re-try.

      if that doesnt help, what does the logs show at the moment?

      /var/log/ts/asm_config_server.log

      /var/log/tomcat/liveupdate.log
