NimbostratusASM IP Exceptions for multiple policies
Is it possible to apply created IP exceptions to multiple policies, without having to recreate the for each policy?

If you have the exceptions in the policy, I don't think so. You could use a little iRule to exclude several IP adresses from beeing scanned by asm

I think, ASM policies are independent and exceptions should update per policy.
