This is again one of those behaviors where nothing makes sense.. i have a wildcard in staging and also the URLs are added to the allowed URL list and yet ASM blocks these URLs..

Note: Do not enable both staging and Add All Entities on the same wildcard entity.

And yes I have seen this note in the implementation guide as well. .
MVPAlso see why the URL you are showing is in staging if it is not the issue with the wildcard and Add All Entries.
