asm attack signatures update error

hello I update asm attack signatures by manual offline,but there is the error ,f5-big-ip can't connected to the internet ,do you have any ideas ?

    In order to update your ASM attack signatures your ASM must have had its license reactivated in the last 18 months. If you have not done this, you will need to reactivate the license manually. You can get information on that here:

     

    Once you have the license reactivated, you can go to https://downloads.f5.com and select the version of software you are using. One of the options for download will be the latest ASM attack signatures. You can then apply them normally.
