ASM Allow Requests with FQDN as Host

Hello,

I have a requirement to only allow requests through ASM using FQDNs only. article K15473 talks about it, but doesn't show how it is enabled. I have a web application that is published. If anyone tries to access it using the IP Address, it works! However, it should be blocked. The web app should be accessible only using FQDN.

How can I achieve that?
