Configure Attack Signatures have three defaultassigned systems with General Database, System Independent and Various Systems.

Jun 27, 2014Probably those Attack Signatures set contain Attacks which are not specific to one type of Platform, OS or application.
Perhaps a better approach is to look what Attacksignatures these sets contain. Go to: Application security >> Attack Signatures : Policy Attack Signatures Filter on Systems Assigned Systems General Database / System Independant / Various systems
I would suggest to enable the default assigned Attack Signature Sets and add all sets relevant to your servers.
