ASM - How do I re enable learning mode?

I am trying to determine what the best method is to re enable learning mode after using the default 7 day learning limit (which is now expired) and now realizing that wasn't nearly enough time to learn anything. Each day now users of legitimate traffic are being blocked. Any information is greatly appreciated.

    you can control the Enforcement and Traffic Learning settings underneath...

    GUI >> Security ›› Application Security >> Policy Building >> Learning and Blocking Settings
