apply ACL based on client computer name

I am looking to create ACLs based on the name of the client computer name, or maybe even better, whether or not the remote PC is joined to our domain. We have many users who take domain joined PCs home and connect remotely and I want to apply specific ACLs if they are connecting via these domain joined PCs as opposed to their own personal PCs.

 

How can this be achieved? Thanks.
