Application server selection and Load-balancer

I am also looking for same kind of solution for the Application server. Any plugin/app there to check from F5 to node's/server's current capacity(CPU & Memory Usage). Based on availability F5 should pass the connections to those minimum utilized nodes/servers.

 

Any plug-in there ? Just will add into each Node/JVM to communicate with F5.
