Dear community,
We have ha problem implementing pcoip proxy with big-ip LTM/APM. We are using v12.0. We have implemented according to the actual manual:

Cirrusview.proxy_addr is assigned an empty value. Do you have a real IP address defined on your BIG-IP? Does the FQDN that you access the BIG-IP virtual server with resolve to that IP, or is it NATed upfront? If it's not the real IP, you need to define the real public IP that the FQDN maps to in the quotes there.
The symptom signifies that PCOIP UDP traffic is not able to be passed either due to misconfiguration(like the variable value above) or being blocked at the firewall upstream.
