im wondering if there is a good way to troubleshoot portal access slowness? customer is saying they experience more slowness when going through the webtop. (a little might be expected, of course the ...

unfortunately, the web app trace is not meant for performance troubleshooting ("timestamp" at the second-level only). F5 support hasn't considered that (yet?) SOL14184

I guess the options you mention are the only one left
