APM Report Access reports won't run

APM 13.0.0 Build Hotfix 2.0.1671

 

When running any of the reports i get a Query Error pop up. error running report click ok.

 

Anybody what the issue might be not sure if it is code relaeated because have the 13 Code on another box and it isn't having the issue.

    Did you find anything on the system logs?

    Hi,

    I already had this kind of issue. I had to increase the memory allocated to the tomcat service to solve this issue.

    tmsh

modify /sys db provision.tomcat.extramb value 

restart /sys service tomcat

    Hope it helps
