APM query error : error running the report

Hi ,

 

APM is not generating the reports, have tried below commands

 

tmsh restart /sys service monpd tmsh restart /sys service avrd

 

still issue persists.

 

there are some live vpn connections, will below command disconnect live connections ?

 

tmsh restart sys service all

 

any other options available , please let me know.
