Hi,
when user access portal resource the APM rewrite the URL. And certain part of this url includes F5 word. is it possible to remove the F5 word from the URL ?! and if yes how to do that ?! ...

Not really, no. It would be extremely difficult. Feel free to open a support ticket to request this feature. Be specific as to what you'd like it to be replaced with. Perhaps "g6"?
We do have an enhancement request to provide encryption rather than encoding to the rewritten URL.
Your workaround would be to not use Portal Access at all and instead use LTM+APM (aka LTM-APM, aka Web Access Management) mode.

The way that software companies like F5 handle requests to add features to the products are by "enhancement requests". So, the URL-encryption is an enhancement request like this. Customers who open tickets and ask for the same features are added to a list of people who want the feature to be built. The Product Management team reviews these requests periodically when making the software-development schedules. Enhancement Requests with many customers are given more priority.
Professional services or support will not help to develop workarounds for either of these issues. They are too complicated and risky to be accomplished with configuration changes.
