APM Portal Access

Hi   all the portal access links that have been set up on our APM set up have stopped working. The pages no longer load and render, some users get a connecton timed out error. Nothing has change...

Yes, logging in is fine. Everyone can get to the landing page. It's after that, when clicking the Portal access links, the page doesn't load. it will launch the tab in the browser but that's it, it never loads. All other resources eg web links, app tunnels, full tunnel etc all work fine. It's anything that requires proxy from what I can work out.
