NimbostratusAPM portal access
Hello All,
I have configured an APM device. in which users are allocated a webtop. on the webtop they have portal access for OWA and a sharepoint server. both are working fine except one link is showing and then disappearing suddenly!.. I realized that when I change the compatibility view on the browser it works fine. I tried accessing the application directly through the same browser it works fine. so this issue only rises when we publish the portal through APM. am using version 11.5.0. Note: changing the compatibility mode does not work for us because we are allowing only certain browsers to access the APM.
can any one advise please

kunjanMay be you should a raise a support case as troubleshooting portal requires data capture and analysis.
walid_97402actually I am doing a POC for a customer. I have used fiddler and couldn't see any differences in traffic captures and content .

You can collect the webengine trace and do further analysis.

can i share with you guys the webtrace I got, couldn't find a difference in the request responses.
- walid_97402I realized am getting this issue is when am using Internet explorer and chrome as a user agent, I tried firefox its working fine.
- walid_97402sometimes it works when using refresh as well, maybe this can affect any in the content re-write :)
