I haven't seen the prompt so can I manual download? - TPI_144811Feb 20, 2014

refer to "http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm-clientcompatmatrix-11-5-0.html?sr=35273958" "Only manual plugins installation is supported for Safari 7 and Safari 6.1" So that why I need to know where to download the plugins manually. Please. - Alexey_384Feb 20, 2014Historic F5 AccountWhen you start NA the installation dialog appears. At this point Java installer should start. If it fails (with the latest Java update the installer fails) you should click the 'click here' link, and then you will see the 'Installation of the browser plugin using Java has failed' dialog with the link to download VPN plugin. Possibly, you have enabled popup blocker. Direct link: https://[your_virtual]/public/download/mac_sslvpn.pkg
- Alexey_384Feb 20, 2014Historic F5 AccountManual installation is supported only because Java plugins is not safe by default in Safari7 and Safari6.1. Workaround: Preferences -> Security -> Manage Website Settings -> Java. Set 'Run in Unsafe Mode' next to your virtual.
