apm logon page

Hi guys,

 

Our company has an logon page and I tried to customize it on apm.The logon page includes username, password and dropdown boxes.We are using the dropdown function to provide users select its own domain without manually type it the username section.We have a few child domains so i dont want to a user manually type his domain at the username tab.is it possible with apm? I look at the below link but it is not related my goal.
