APM Logon Page Customization Limitations

Thats a good question.

I'd expect them to support the functionality, but not the actual changes themselves. I.e if you have an issue, can you prove its with APM and not your webpage. Often that will come down to support asking you to remove your alterations. If it then works, then it's your changes that have broken it. That would i suspect come under professional services help more than support.

It's similar for iRules in that if you thunk an irule has hit a bug you are pretty much expected to prove it rather ghan support digging through to prove where the problem actually lies.
