I would check the following things:

 

  1. Access the site directly and make sure you can enter the site with the specified credentials.

     

  2. Assuming you haven't changed the username and password source elements in the Basic SSO config, make sure to also add an SSO Credential Mapping agent toward the end of the access policy.

     

  3. You may or may not need to check the Username Conversion option in the Basic SSO config, depending on whether or not your Basic auth requires a domain attribute.
