APM error

I have created the apm policy (cert check and ldap query) which works fine for the user. but when the user tries to open the doc in the backend server, it gives the error "The internet address https://test.com/files/abc/testing.docx is not valid" and this is the actual https://test.com.

It works fine with irule, but i want to use APM
