APM Copied Access Profile Policy error if Resource Assgin attr changes (APM 12.1)

Hi! My first question is try to understand what means "copy" and Access Profile Policy (There is any difference beteween export/import)? When i copy an Access Profile and change for example "AD Resource Group Assign" (delete every entries and add new ones), portal access does not work The user can authenticate into the system but after that the browser shows "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE". If i dont change anything, or if i dont delete entries, it works perfectly.
