Does the APM have the ability to create JWT tokens? Or are there other means that I can use to secure my .net Web Api?

It should be possible with iRules. JWT tokens specs are public (I saw Understanding JWT). The logic has to be build in an iRule. Base64 conversion and SHA256 hash function are available. Maybe the following can help for a starting point (building a LTPA token with BIGIP)?

You should go for iRules LX on 12.1. Using jsonwebtoken, you have JWT running in an hour. Have fun ;)
