APM and VMWARE View connection server with External URL

Hello,

One of our customer wants to use APM to provide access to VMware Horizon servers.

Currently, the external URL server configured on the Connection Servers points to internal FQDN (like: apm.mycompany.local).

This settings cannot be changed for the moment !

If I try to access the APM internally, it works fine...

If I try externally, the FQDN cannot be resolved. It's normal...

So I created a new A records available on the customer DNS Zone (+ NAT rule on my the FW).

When I try to access (with successful authentication), the system I receive the error message 'could not establish tunnel connection'

Any idea ??
