APM and Airwatch
I'm working on an APM policy to work with AirWatch, I've found the following article: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm-client-configuration-12-0-0/7.html?sr=56554427
To make this work, is the edge client required? - Can I do the same process only check for activesync client instead of edge? - Alternatively - could I route activesync to a different virtual server and apply a policy requiring airwatch without any client tyep check?
- With the connection to Airwatch can I report on the communication between airwatch and apm? Would be good for troubleshooting and reporting to users/management.

not 100% sure, it might be the edge client is needed to collect some information the MDM solution uses. on the other side it doesn't do that much extra on a mobile device i believe.
you can always just try: the question is how you will see the difference between actual mobile devices using the active-sync URI vs other devices.
