APM Active Directory error
Hi,
we have an AD which is an authentication source on APM and is working fine. Suddenly it stopped working giving these errors :
AD module: Couldn't get ldapHostName for IP address 10.11.131.20. Falling back to reverse DNS record dependency on DNS for AD.
AD module: query with '(sAMAccountName=mmahdy)' failed: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)
after a while, it works for somtimes and somtimes no !! any idea what could be the issue ?!
note : i have tested the access between the APM and the AD and it's working fine even in the time where the issue happened.

Have you had any issues with your DNS servers lately? You could always get a packet capture between the F5 and the AD/DNS servers and see if you can track down where the error might be.
