APM :: VMware View USB Redirection

I'm not using Security Servers... so I didn't think I needed a VS for port 32111... packet captures and firewall logs do not show any attempts to TCP/32111 - so I'm wondering if I'm not looking in the right place, or if this just isn't working as originally thought.

I opened a case with F5 support asking all of these questions, but right now the individual is not being helpful (just pointing me to the deployment guide and not answering my questions).
