    Possibly yes, but I didn't try, and it's not trivial. You should open 'Access Policy ›› Customization : Advanced', switch to 'Advanced' Edit mode, and edit the hometab.inc of your portal access webtop. There is 'homeTabElem' array, you should comment all code related to non-required element.
