APM - garbled non-ASCII characters on Webtop
We are running 12.1.0 and are experiencing an issue with our Webtop page displaying non-ASCII characters properly. A login page we've implemented in our access policy displays these characters correctly, as well as the help page from the WebTop, just not on the Webtop itself. I can't seem to find any setting that would be garbling these characters. Our users relying on the Chinese language are complaining because they can't read the text.
I already have a support case open on this but I thought I'd put this out there in case anybody has seen this in the wild before. This happens in every browser with UTF-8 encoding. Only manually switching the encoding to the language in question allows the characters to display properly.

I have all languages enabled in my access policy. I tried to enable just English and the copyright symbol is still not rendering properly.
