API protection profile in version 14, How to do the same fuctionality with 13.1.1

Hi Guys.

I'm in desperate need to know how can excute the functionality of API resources protection delivered in 14 in mu 13.1.1 as i can't update right now knowing that 14 has a problem with my ASM module utilization and management wise is not ok with upgrade in production right now.

I know that is introduced and creating per-request policies automatically , but I have no idea can I do the same with my 13.1.1

any ideas?
