Done some modification in above irule. Rest every thing is correct.

     when HTTP_REQUEST {
        if {[string tolower[HTTP::uri]] starts_with "/abc"} {
          pool pool1 }
        elseif {[string tolower[HTTP::uri]] starts_with "/def"} {
