Jul 24, 2014When you put the F5 in the network you should be going to the virtual server address which represents your application. Assuming your server is behind the F5 you need to use that virtual server address to access your server and not the direct address.

Kevin thanks for your reply....but ip add 203.77.177.151 is natted in my firewall with the VIP address,i.e. when request comes for 203.77.177.151 it will go to the VIP address. Because of this it's opening the "The site's security certificate is not trusted!" page and when i click on "proceed anyway" tab it should open the "ARCOS manager ActiveX installation page" but it's not opening the installation page and it just shows the loading icon. - Kevin_Davies_40Jul 25, 2014

Typically you will access a service by name. It is that name that should be in the SSL certificate and in your DNS. When you call it by name it doesn't matter what the IP address is and the SSL should not prompt you if its a valid SSL certificate. As for the ARCOS ActiveX installation, if the site is not trusted then it is likely your browser will not allow an Active X component to install. You must override this by making the address a trusted site or access the site using a name with valid SSL certificate. Since you are using Active X I assume you are using Internet Explorer as this is the only browser that supports this microsoft-only software. Doesn't ARCOS offer an alternative? In any case I have no experience with ARCOS so just trying to help where I can.
