allocating an ip address based on access policy?

I want to set up a single vserver that various user groups will browse to

 

i'll set up an access policy that will examine for AV etc before users get to the logon prompt

 

as part of the access policy I'd like to allocate each user group a specific ip range based on a windows registry key

 

I'm not using AD, i'll pass the authentication to a radius server

 

is this feasible or is there a better way to do it?
