All sites Uncategorized

Hi,

 

In my lab I am testing Secure Web Gateway without the license, so with limited features. That's OK because I only want to test functionality.

 

I have created some customer categories with I want to Allow/Block/Confirm just for testing. I addedd URL's to the categories and selected Global Pattern Match. These categories are used in a URL filter and this URL filter is used in a Per Request Access Policy. I have attached some screenshots.

 

But now all the sites I visit are Uncategorized and blocked and I can't figure out figure out why SWG does not recognize the URL's I visit.

 

Does anyone has a suggestion where to look?

    If you are running 12.1+, you can provision SWG without needing a license. Once you do that, you will have more options and be able to work it out I am sure :)
