All outbound traffic is going out of COMMON instead of the 2nd partition I want to use..

DevCentral,   I have two partitions, COMMON and SECONDARY, both set up with separate route domains, and VLANS, etc... I am noticing that all outbound traffic is using the COMMON partition instead ...
