After update to 14.1 re-starting some services

Can it be that the device is still starting up? When starting, the prompt keeps on changing. This is normal. In the end you'll have the prompt something saying like:

[root@bigip:Active:Standalone] ~

Also check the output of 

tmsh show sys mcp-state
: 

root@(bigip)(cfg-sync Standalone)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) show sys mcp-state
