After 11.3 to 11.4.1 upgrade I can see (like read only) my iApp template

But it is always grayed out. After the upgrade I needed to upgrade all iApps (I only have F5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.2.0 instances) Most of the upgrades went just fine. But I have one tha...

After further investigation I see that all the templates that have associated application services created under the common partition upgrade just fine, if I created associated application service under a different partition I am unable to upgrade. (grayed out)
