ADFS Support / request header field error

Has anybody published ADFS-enabled application with the Firepass? I had it working but then I had to change the Compatibility Mode from the Web Application's content processing page. My ADFS-enabled applications won't work anymore.

 

 

I have BAD Request error, stating that "Size of a request header field exceeds server limit". It turns out that by modifying the httpd.conf to add a "LimitRequestFieldSize 16382" parameter. The default is 8190 and the aotu-generated ADFS cookie is slightly bigger, hence the error.

 

 

So basically, my question is: is ther a way to modify the appache config file on the Firepass to add this parameter?
