address conflict

I have a problem whenever I make changes to my active F5 LTM one VIP goes down. Logs on both active and standby unit show an address conflict for this VIP. The MAC address in the ARP conflict log m...

Last week we had a self IP conflicting with this VIP. That was changed and we thought we had the issue resolved. Show run config only shows the destination address of the VIP on both f5s. During the problem the MAC address in the arp message is learned on the switch port facing the standby f5 when things are normal it is learned on the switch port facing the active unit. Thanks for the help
