Adding iControl_REST_API_User permission to Remote Role Group

You do not need to manipulate the iControl_REST_API_User endpoint from 13.1. A newly created local user (tmsh create auth user $USER ...) is automatically added to the endpoint. When the user is deleted (tmsh delete auth user $USER), the entry in the endpoint is also automatically deleted. Will you be able to describe why you need to manipulate the endpoint?
