Adding a Route Domain

We have a customer with an existing LTM deployment. We have been asked to add a route domain to isolate traffic for a new application. Will adding the route domain & configuring new vlans/interfaces ...

So, just to confirm, the creation of a route domain & creating new vlans/ configuring a new interface will not impact on any existing traffic through the LTM?
