add pool member in a disabled state

Hi all,     Is there any way of adding a new pool member to an existing pool in a disabled state, rather than adding it enabled and then disabling it straight away?     Thanks in advance, ...

I need to forward 300 port at the same time to a new member, Is it recommended to apply this method too?, or there is any suggestion to use another method?.
