When you complete the reactivation of the license you will be given the option to edit the add-on licenses, in that you will want to remove the previous license and add the new one for a seamless activation. In addition to what Mayur_Sutare provided, I would also like to suggest using Licensing the BIG-IP system for adding and removing add-ons. If there are any questions on the process or the articles you can let me know and I can help find the answer.
